We had a very comfortable stay at Comfort Hotel Astana. The staff was helpful and polite, and the Wi-Fi internet was fast. The spacious shower cabin was a plus, and having an electric kettle in the room was convenient. it was the most comfortable medium-priced hotel we stayed at in Astana.

The location of Comfort Hotel is excellent, perfect for those on a budget. The spacious shower and clean room were impressive. The restaurant was open late, providing a much-needed hot meal after a long day of flying. The warm room and well-maintained facilities ensured a good rest before continuing our journey. The staff were accommodating, even for non-Russian speakers. The lounge and room service offered satisfying food. The inclusion of a spa with a Hamam, Sauna, and Gym was a comforting bonus.
